Cancellation Policy
Cancelling or changing reservations made via the Grand Hotels site:
Changing a reservation:
Reservations cannot be changed directly on the site.
Clients who have made a reservation and wish to change it may do so by sending an email to the Reservations Department or by directly calling the hotel where their reservation was made, according to the details below.
Canceling a reservation:
Clients who reserve via the website will receive a username and password on their order confirmation.
Reservations may be cancelled on any page of the homepages via the “My Reservations” category at the bottom of the homepages. Clients must enter their username (email address) and the password they received with the order confirmation.
After entering your username and password you will be able to cancel via the “Cancel” button so long as the reservation meets the cancellation conditions in the price list.
Canceling a reservation is subject to the Cancellation Policy as defined in the terms and conditions.
If the reservation does not meet the cancellation conditions, and the “Cancel” button does not appear on “My Reservations,” please contact the relevant hotel or the Reservations Department.
How to cancel:
A reservation made via the site may be cancelled by submitting a “cancellation notice”;
“Cancellation notice” - Notice given by the person who made the order by any of the following methods, which includes the name of the person who made the order and their ID number, and, if the cancellation notice is provided orally, an additional identifying detail which was agreed upon at the time of the reservation.

At the Grand Court Hotel:
